Hi,

I was hoping someone could help me. When I create envelopes from my Access
databases the recipient address ALWAYS comes out on the Left margin. The
return address is correctly placed.

I end up having to edit each envelope before printing. I don't have to tell
you how time consuming that is when a large mailing is being done.

Any tips?

Thanks

If you're creating the envelopes in Access, wouldn't it be better to ask in
an Access group?

If you're actually making the envelopes in Word, could you please tell us
what steps you're using? And which version of Word is involved?
