At least some of the other ones seem to be there /now/ (I started at
http://support.microsoft.com/newsgroups/default.aspx ) but there have
definiitely been problems over the last few days.

Many of the people using these groups regularly (such as myself) do not use
the web interface at all, but the original "Usenet/NNTP" interface - e.g. I
use Outlook Express's newsreader facilities to do that. That doesn't appear
to have been affected.
