mail merge labels

I am trying to use mail merge to create Avery 5168
mailing lables. When I select the label and merge from
my database, the labels print the address in a portrait
mode and they should be landscape. I want them to print
with the 5" being the width of the lable not the height.

Hi Linda,

Hmmm, I see you point.

On my version of Word, I can
- Table/Select Table
- Display the Tables and Borders toolbar
- click the button to change the text orientation (twice)
