When I am inserting fields into my document, I can not put a space and have
to close and then re-open the Insert Merge Field window.  How can I control
entering fields without this happening

Thanks in advance

Cindy Meister has a UserForm that mimics the Insert MailMerge fields in a
non-modal form so you can click in and out of the form. It is on her
website. http://homepage.swissonline.ch/cindymeister/MM2002/FldList.zip is
the download. You can see more on her MailMerge FAQ.

Charles,

Thank you for your response.  The file that I unzipped was blank.  I'm
working in Word 2003 Mail merge.
