Hello all!

Office XP on Windows XP

I've got a list of approximately 600 names in Excel that I
am using for my data source.  When I try creating a new
mail merge, I lose any zip codes that are from different
countries.  I've tried the suggested fix of going to Tools-
Options-General in Word and selecting the check box in
front of Confirm conversion at Open.  Everytime it will
let me select my data source, let me format the labels,
but when I go to perform the final merge it fails and
gives the dreaded Do you wish to send this error report to
Microsoft?

Anyone have any further suggestions?

Hello again!

I figured my own problem out.  It turns out I had a
corrupted data source.  For some reason Word was trying to
import 65400 records, instead of just the 600 I have.

Once I created the new source it worked like a champ.

Thanks for reading!

Bryan
