I have generated a list of contacts within Word using the Address Book
Wizard. The list shows all the contacts and merges fine. How do I print just
a control list of these contacts/addresses without doing a full merge? Is
there anyway of incorporating the list into a database for this purpose?
Thanks in anticipation.

Use the Address Book as the datasource for a Directory type mailmerge in the
main document of which you insert the desired mergefields into the cells of
a one row table.  When you execute that merge to a new document it will
create a table containing all of the data.

Hope this helps.
