I wish to create mailing labels.  My data file is a word document:

bob smith
1 main street
new city, NJ 09848

John Bagadonuts
55 elm st.
Sunny, CA 94062...etc.

How do I merge this document to create mailing labels

See http://www.gmayor.com/convert_labels_into_mail_merge.htm  which explains
how to chang your listing into a data file. Jump in at the point where the
file matches yours. Then see
http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_labels_with_word_xp.htm
