Word 2000 as part of Microsoft Works Suite 2001
Window Me, believe it or not working well!!!
Symptoms as desribed in KB article 245522
Tried the fix in article which removed Mailmerge from Tools menu
Tried reinstall - no improvement
Tried updates - no improvement

Please help - mailmerge required for charity work

Click on Customize on the Tools menu and go to the Tools category and locate
the Mailmerge item and then drag it back onto the Tools menu.
