Hi;

Have been searching for a way to format time in a mail merge.

The data source comes from Access 2k.

It now displays 09:05:00AM, need it to display 9:05am.

Can this be done?

Would someone be so kind to point me in the correct direction.

Add a formatting switch to the field eg {mergefield fieldname \@ "h:mm
am/pm"}
