I am fairly new to using databases w/mail merge. I have created a database in
Access 2003, and am using word to create the envelopes. I know I set up the
database properly. My problem is that when I merge access to word, the last
line of the address which should be on the fourth line is coming out on the
third line next to the data on the third line. Advise is appreciated. Thanks!

Assuming the address is being assembled, field by field in the main merge
document: any chance that the line break or paragraph mark has been formatted as
"hidden"?

If you're pre-assembling the address in Access, please describe in more detail
how.
