Word XP and Merge to Fax

The options for merging to fax are not available on the
Merge Toolbar and Fax Wizard.

Apparently there is an issue with Outlook 2002 not acting
as it should to allow a Word Mail Merge to fax to take
place. I have read the Knowledge base articles but could
not make much sense of them. It appears I have to obtain
and configure an older version of a Fax Service as a work-
around. Is this the case? Where do you get it?

Hi Tay,

Please direct your question to an OUTLOOK newsgroup. They
generally have a better idea how to get Fax stuff to work.
