I want to send a newletter designed in Word 2003 containing logo and images
(jpeg) as a mail merge using selected Outlook contacts.
All is fine, and the newlstter looks good except the emails arrive with two
.jepg images as attachement. The newlsetter is saved as Word document, should
I save it as html document? If so, how? as the "save as" box does not offer
this option
Thanks Gabrielle

You will have to send the document as an attachment which can be done as
shown in the article "Mail Merge to E-mail with Attachments" at

http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/MailMerge/MergeWithAttachments.htm

Hope this helps.
