What result do you get?
Are you inserting the conditional fields using CTRL+F9 for the field
boundaries?
Try the inverse
{IF {MERGEFIELD GebdatP} <> "12:00 00 AM" "{MERGEFIELD GebdatP \@ "d MMMM
yyyy"}"}
Note the spaces and quotes.
