MS Office Forum / Word / Mailmerge and Fax / June 2005when mail merging from excel the print run is slow & incomplete
when i do a print run using a form letter, mail merging contact details from excel, the print is slow & intermitent, sometimes does not complete the print run. the excel version is 2002 the printer is aprofesional sharp model. i have tried using another printer with the same results. So, if there is no information missing from the document created by executing the mailmerge, it is not a mailmerge problem, but a problem with your printer. SignatureHope this helps.
