Hi;

Using Albert Kallal's Word Merge code.  It works perfectly.

Thank You Albert.

The database contains 2 distinct qrys to feed the data to Word.

1 is "qryEstimate" and the other is "qryPurchased".  There is not any common
links between the tables/qrys.  (When the customer buys, the data is copied
from the Estimate to the Purchased table.)

For that reason I need to have only the "Estimate Report" displayed in the
list of Word Templates when the "frmEstimate" is opened.

Currently the list displays all of the Word Merge Templates, (4 for
Purchased & 1 for Estimate).
Concerned that a user will try to merge the wrong template.

Does anyone have the answer to this question and would You be kind enough to
share it?

Thank You.

Andy

Hi Andy,

Sounds as if you need to post this question to an ACCESS newsgroup. I suspect
that you'll need to write your own Form to display the lists of templates,
rather than use the built-in functionality.

Or, if the list you're talking about comes from the code solution you
mentioned, ask that person.
