Hi - can ayone help me?

I have created an Update Details form, where by in
one column I present the current details we hold in our database (merge
fields) and in the adjacent column an oportunity for my contacts to add their
up to date details,. I am also after new information, that requires drop down
list and tick boxes. So - how can I email mail merge my form once I have
protected it?

thanks :)

The two features that you wish to use are mutually exclusive.  It could
however be done by using DOCVARIABLE fields instead of mailmerge fields and
using VBA to iterate through the datasource, creating a documnet for each
record and setting the value of the variables.

Hope this helps.

Thanks Doug - that does help, and you've saved me hours trying to find the
solution, when it appreared that it should be straight forward.
