how do I print 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 docs in word (A8 or A9)?

I'm setting up a 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 document to print a mail merge in word, but
that specific size is not available in Word 2000? Any suggestions would be
greatly appreciated.

Either create a custom size or, use letter size and print two pages per
sheet.
