What I meant was, if /we/ could download it, it might be easier to make
useful suggestions. So weher is it?

Do you see anything more if you go to Word Tools|Options|View and check
Field Codes and text Boundaries?
Which version of Word are you using (Wordhelp|About)
Do you really just need to fill in one invitation at a time or do a mass
mailing?

Sorry, do you mean that you click something and your invitation gets
e-mailed? If so, in what format are you hoping it will reach the other end?
Or are you printing invitations etc.? Or what?
