I have a label document in WORD. It was originally a merge document. Someone
input the addresses manually. Now on some labels the address lines have light
dashed lines under them and they do not print.
Upon further investigation they seem to be formatting inconsistencies. Any
idas how to correct this. What are these dashed lines and what are they
telling me?
Thanks bunches!
The light dashed (or dotted) lines probably indicate that the font has been
formatted as hidden. Either change it so that it is unhidden, or in the
Tools>Options>Print dialog, select the box to print hidden text.

10 STARS! Doug, you ROCK. That is exactly what happened. I clicked to
print Hidden Text and everything printed. Thank You!
