Does Word have zip+4 cass certification?

Word 2003 is capable of putting barcodes on envelopes for ZIP and ZIP+4
addresses.  In order for the US Postal Service to accept the preprinted
barcodes, the software must be CASS Certified for accuracy.

Does Word 2003 have Cass Certification?  And if so, where can I get a
printout of the certification to present to the USPS?

Thanks for any help that you can provide...
