The State is always left out when I do a mail merge--help!

Whenever I do a mail merge, for some reason the state is always left out of
the address.  I cannot find a solution to this.  Can someone help?

Do not use the AddressBlock.  Just insert the mailmerge fields that you want
to use in the configuration that you want them.
