Thanks for the response. I had been hoping I wouldn't have to save the
sheets as separate files. Do you know if there is a macro that would allow
me to do this all at once without saving each sheet one by one?

Claud: That would take a bit of programming, and since it's Excel
worksheets, you'd be better off asking in the Excel programming group, I
think. :)

Hi,
There are software packages (such as my OctoTools) that can help do this,
but unless you have some significant volume, the cost is only justified if
you really, really really (three of 'em) want to do this.

each month knowing there really isn't an easier way (unless I scrounge up an
