MS Office Forum / Word / Mailmerge and Fax / July 2005only prints one label per page How to correct?
Only one label prints per page. I did not find the instructions on how to propagage the merge fields to the mailing labels in the website suggested by Doug. Perhaps I have a different version of mail merge, but I went back and searched through more "help" queries and found that, in my version, there is an "Update all labels" in "arrange your labels" under "Replicate all labels". After I did that, it worked great.
