How many email addresses can I mail merge to in word? Is there a limit? In theory no. In practice some people report performance issues once you get into the thousands of records. The solution to that is to execute the merge a number of times, starting at different record numbers. For example 1 - 1000, then 1001 to 2000 and so on.  SignatureHope this helps.
