printing Office Address List

I used Word 2002 to create a mail-merge document and an
accompanying Office Address List. "Properties" lists the
type of file as a "Microsoft Access Record-Locking
Information" - it is saved as "7-1-03 Data List.ldb".

I would like to print this file - is there any way to do
it?

Hi Ken,

I believe that the file that contains the data will have an .MDB extension -
7-1-03 Data List.mdb

You can use that file with a Directory type mailmerge main document to print
out the address list.
