I converted an Excel file into a Mail merge on Word.  When I tried to print
it, the envelopes prints every other one blank. How do I stop this from
happening i.e. print an address on every envelope, not every other.  Thanks
for your help in advance

Sounds like you may have added the envelope to a blank document.  To
mailmerge to envelopes, in the first step, you need to select that it is to
envelopes that you wish to execute the merge.  If you are using Word XP or
later, I would suggest that you activate the mailmerge toolbar by selecting
Toolbars from the View menu and then check the Mailmerge toolbar item.  Then
use the left-most button on that toolbar to select Envelope as the type of
merge that you wish to perform.  You can use that toolbar for all the steps
of mailmerging and it is less confusing than the Wizard.
