I have created a html page in Dreamweaver which I then open using Word in
order to create a mail merge and send to a mass group. The page created
contains an image across the top with text beneath. The text comes through
fine when emailing but the image at the top is excluded. Can anyone help?

You may need to send the document as an attachment.  The following article
is not about exactly the same thing that you need to do, but should give you
a few pointers

See the article "Mail Merge to E-mail with Attachments" at
