Merging Outlook Fields

I am trying to merge the "Job Title" field from a list of Outlook contacts.
When I go to edit the recipient list, "Job Title" doesn't appear a mergible
field (Title appears, but we use the Title field for prefixes like Mr., Dr.
etc.) When I choose Job Title from More Items, the field is inserted into the
document, but the merge process treats it as an empty field.

Next I used the match fields option to map Job Title to User Field 1. Still
the merge treats user field 1 as an empty field.

Is it possible to merge Outlook's Job title field in Word?
