I am trying to do a mail merge to email.  It works fine
except that all formatting is lost and images are not
displayed.  Any way to fix this?

Hi Jan,

Word XP was the first version of Word that was capable of mailmerging in
HTML format which is what would be required for this.  As an alternative,
you could send the documents as attachments to an email message, using the
procedure in the article "Mail Merge to E-mail with Attachments" at:
