I'm using Word XP to do a mail merge of a letter on my company letterhead.
I'm using Contacts in Outlook as my data source.  When I merge to e-mail, I
lose my letterhead. . .the only thing that comes through is the text.

Any ideas?

http://www.gmayor.com/mailmerge_from_outlook.htm When Outlook hands over to
Word, create a new document from your letterhead template and add the merge
fields into that document.
