e-mail merge add-in for MS Word

I am looking for the "electronic postage software" add-in required by MS Word
for electronic mail (e-mail) distribution via Mail Merge.
I am using the Wizard and every time I click the Electronic Postage step I
get the warning balloon about the need for the software add-in.
I have looked on the Windows - Business resources pages and searched and
found nothing.
Where can I obtain the required software?

Electronic postage software has nothing to do with e-mail.
If you are unable to merge with Outlook to e-mail, check that your win.ini
file (in the Windows folder) contains the following section

[Mail]
MAPI=1
CMCDLLNAME32=mapi32.dll
CMCDLLNAME=mapi.dll
CMC=1
MAPIX=1
MAPIXVER=1.0.0.1

Thankyou Graham, your response put me on the right track and my win.ini
checked out OK.
Now I need to work on getting Word to do the e-mail merge.
Your website has some great info and the link to word.mvps.org was also
helpfull, especially

I don't think we even have worms in this far flung corner of the Med. They
wouldn't cope with the lack of rainfall and the baked hard ground. We have
to make do with a deep drilled hole and soak-away ;)
