I setup a mail merge in Word 2003. The merge works well but I accidentally
turned off the headers in the merged documents. My header appears in the
original, and I can get it to appear in the merged document by click View-->
header/footer --> Close

How do I set it so that the merged document displays the header/footer by
default?

Thanks!

From the Tools menu, selection Options and then go to the View tab and check
the "White space between pages (Print view only)" box under the Print and
Web Layout Options.

Hope this helps.
