I have created a data base, but now would like to add additional data fields.

From the Tools menu, select Customize and in the Customize dialog, select
the Commands tab and then select the All Commands category and scroll down
through the list of commands until you find the Mail Merge Helper item.
Left Click and drag this onto a toolbar or the menu.  Then when you have the
mailmerge main document open, click on the mail merge helper and go to
section 2 of the dialog and click on the Edit data source button.
