When merging from a data source where there is clearly more than one page of
labels only one page appears. I have clicked on complete the merge and it is
in a new document. I used mail merge with labels some time ago and this did
not happen. Microsoft Word 2000.

Are you sure that you are using Word 2000 and not XP or 2003?  Word 2000 had
the original Mail Merge Helper, and that did not have a "complete the
merger" on which to click.

If you are using one of the later versions, you are probably just previewing
the results and have not actually executed the merge.

See the article "Mailmerge Labels with Word XP" on fellow MVP Graham Mayor's

I am using XP. Your response was helpful.
