Thanks Doug, although when I use the includetext function as follows
{IF {part_time} < 1 "{ INCLUDETEXT c:\\terminology.doc}" "less than zero" }
I get { INCLUDETEXT c:\\terminology.doc} I think the syntax may be wrong but
I am not sure.
I inserted the part_time field and then edited it to modify it to appear as
it does above.
Once again any help would be greatly appreciated.
