Hi Carlos,
In our experience, this problem usually comes from one of the
fields being formatted as data type CURRENCY. For "plain
numbers", this doesn't happen.
Take a look at the formatting information in my website's
mail merge FAQ. There's an example how you can set up an
expression in an ACCESS QUERY that preformats the information
to look exactly as you'd like to have it.
