How do I mail merge an image in Word XP?

I'm having a problem adding an image in my mail merge document. The image
path is read from a csv file (the data source). When the mail merge is
completed, the image cannot be displayed.

Appreicate any advice. Thanks.

Have you tried updating the fields - Ctrl+a, then F9?
