I have Outlook 2000 and Word 2000. Mail merge works fine except for one
thing: no text formating is preserved and no pictures inserted when creating
emails to the Outlook Outbox. When I look at Outbox in Outlook all mailes
generated are n PLAIN TEXT.
My Outlook is set to HTML default and I have no problems sending HTML emails
from Outlook.
My word when mail merge to files or when printing preserves Word format and
no problems here. It happens only when Word generates emails to Outbox in
Outlook.

Somebody knows what the problem is ? Thanks.

I believe that as a minimum you need Word XP with Service Pack 2

Hope this helps.
