Has the "mail merge helper" function disappeared?

Mail Merge Helper, Where did it go? - 08 Sep 2005 18:50 GMT

We upgraded our Word 2000 to the newest 2003 (I assume) I appear to have lost
a function called Mail Merge Helper. Does anyone know where it went, if it
still exists, or what has replaced it?

You can restore the mailmerge helper that was the user interface before Word
XP by selecting customize from the Tools menu and then on the Commands tab,
select the All Commands category and scroll down through the list of
commands until you locate the Mail Merge Helper item and then click and drag
it onto a toolbar or the expanded tools menu.
