When I click on the "Merge to New Document" button, a dialog box comes up
asking if I wans to merge all records, the current record, etc. Is there
anyway to set a default for "all" so that I do not get this dialog?

Does this work with Word 2003 as well? I saw on the website that the macro
had been tested on version 2000, but it did not mention version 2003.

I have no idea. But probably. If it does not, you can ask at that forum how
to edit the macro to work. MOST do work...
