word won't find Outlook Contacts

When I try to merge a Word 2002 document with my outlook
contact list, I select the outlook contact folder just
fine. But, then I get prompted for a profile. then I get
a dialoge box titles "Data Link Properties" wanting
information I can not decipher. This started doing this
today. Until today, I would select a outlook folder,
then recipients-just like the instructions say, and
everything worked fine.
