In my excel doc that is the merge source i have a series of data that is a
number like 9.27, 9.28, 9.29. They are not formulas. When i merge the data it
comes in as 9.27000000000, 9.2800000000000, etc. How do i get these numbers
to appear in the merge doc as just a two decimal number? I am trying to use
the switches with no success. When i add a numchar switch i get a series of
random numbers like 38, 39, 110. That has nothing to do wiht the merged data.
