I'm trying to insert a name & address onto an envelope, but when I insert it
from the address book it doesn't pull in the company name from contacts, only
the name and address. Can the address book be changed to show the Company??
Please help.

Save the following as an autotext entry called AddressLayout (no space)

{<PR_GIVEN_NAME> <PR_SURNAME>
}{<PR_COMPANY_NAME>
}{<PR_POSTAL_ADDRESS>}
