I'm using Word 2002 with Outlook 2003XP. I have a Outlook contact list which
has home phone bus. phone and mobile phone. Some records have the correct
merged phone fields and some go blank. Why does this happen. I've outputted
my contact folder to a csv file and everything is correct. This leaves me to
belive that it's a Word problem.

Does it merge correctly when you merge from the CSV file?
I am not sure whether it will work when Word and Outlook are different
versions, but see http://www.gmayor.com/mailmerge_from_outlook.htm
