I'm using a Office 2000 word document and Access
database. Only one name is merging to letter.  What's
wrong? I went to Mail Merge helper and it will not find
my database.  I can't find it in a folder where I know it
exists. Please help. On time schedule! :)

Hi Marsha,

If that one name is coming from the database, then I believe that the
mailmerge main document must be connected to the datasource and that what
you need to do is actually execute the merge, either to a new document, to a
printer or to email.

Please post any further questions or followup to the newsgroups for the
benefit of others who may be interested.  Unsolicited questions forwarded
directly to me will only be answered on a paid consulting basis.

Hope this helps
