We recently upgraded to XP and since that time I've been
having problems with the mail merge.  Zip codes are often
incomplete after a merge, i.e. the data source indicates
08540 as the zip but after merging it appears as 8540.
Also, at times none of the zip appears but a zero shows up
instead!  How can I fix this?  Thanks.

Hi Judy,

See the US Zip Codes item on fellow MVP Graham Mayor's website at
http://www.gmayor.dsl.pipex.com/formatting_word_fields.htm

Please post any further questions or followup to the newsgroups for the
benefit of others who may be interested.  Unsolicited questions forwarded
directly to me will only be answered on a paid consulting basis.

Hope this helps
