emailing document

This may be the wrong group; if so please guide me to the correct one. I
want to email a Word document, but when I do, the recipient only has to go
to "open" and see all my other documents as well. How do I send only the
one thing I want them to receive? Thanks so much.

Hi Bb,

Definitely the wrong group :-) I'd try an Outlook newsgroup. Please do
mention:
- the version of Word
- the email software you use, and its version number
- what steps you use to email the Word document
