Word Mailmerge Emails Security Patch

How do you email a Word mailmerge document without having
to answer "yes" to every single email because of the
security patch. Using the "time limit" parameter does not
seem to illiminate the need to respond to every single
email. When you have a list of 190 individuals, this is
tedious to say the least.
