Does anyone else experience this?
Mail Merge Select recipients filter function seems to have a few quite basic
problems/flaws. I am quite suprised at this & am sure I'm using it correctly.
1.When the select recipients list appears all my columns are completely out
of order to how they are in my excel spreadsheet.  2. After selecting advance
filter fields and 'ok', I can no longer show 'all' on the drop down arrow-
the option is deactivated.  3. MOST IMPORTANTLY - I can't seem to specify
more than one advanced filter criteria when selecting recipients. For e.g. I
cannot select all Australia or all Blank records in my country column, & all
records containing Yr 1 or Kindy in my Grade column simlutaneously. Only one
filter works at a time.  Is it not sophisticated enough or am I missing
something?

I'm not an MVP but I have used mail merge a lot. I don't have an explanation
for some of your questions but I have seen that I can get two filters to work
by doing the following:
Do the first select, say ok.
Then do the next select and say ok.

This takes the first selected set and applies the next selection criteria.
