I have a mail merge document with a field that truncates the text that is coming from a MS Acess database query.  Any text greater than 3 lines seems to truncate.  Thanks in advance, Paul

>I am having the same problem with fields truncating the
decimal for $$ amounts, e.g. 36 instead of $36.00 and 5.5
instead of $5.50. I have heard that there is something
that needs to be done in the advance field properties but
I am not sure how to do that.

Hi Maria,

In the mailmerge main document, press Alt+F9 to toggle on the field codes
and insert a \# ",$#.00" formatting switch inside the closing } of the
mergefield.  Use Alt+F9 again to toggle off the field codes.

Please post any further questions or followup to the newsgroups for the
benefit of others who may be interested.  Unsolicited questions forwarded
directly to me will only be answered on a paid consulting basis.

Hope this helps
